So I had been trying to join for a week. Finally just guessed at what the fields wanted.

As you will see only one field is actually labeled.

Hi Joyce,

I created an account today and noticed that this problem is still present (I had to read the code of the page to know what are the propose of the fields).

What is the status of this issue on your side ?
